Returns

01 / The window
30 days from delivery, unopened and unused products only. Seals intact. These are products that go on skin — once a bottle is open, it cannot return to inventory. No exceptions on that part.
02 / How to start
Email support@yourloadout.com with your order number and which products are coming back. We reply with a return authorization and the address. Do not ship anything before you have both.
03 / Refunds
Once the return arrives and checks out, the refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. We process it within 5 business days of receipt; your bank may take another 5–10 business days to post it. Original shipping is not refunded.
04 / Subscriptions
A return is not how you stop a subscription. Skip a cycle or cancel any time — one tap in your account. Cancellation stops future shipments; products already shipped follow the return window above.
05 / Damaged in transit
If a shipment arrives damaged or leaking, email a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement. You do not ship the damaged product back — dispose of it.
